Coupled beneath the setting sun,Anticipation has mounted for this day to come.Feelings exchanged as we walk along the ocean,Unburned at last with our new shared emotion.Withholding secrets that lie buried inside,Hiding behind a mask we label as pride.Speaking the right words, but only in our dreams,Perhaps this dusk the truth can be seen.A chemistry between us there is no doubt,Awaiting the chance to let the rest come out.As the sun slips away over our headBurdens of the past are forever shed.With the moon rising, we can start anew,The evening sky's a canvas for me and you.With a little patience, the possibilities are endlessWho knows what direction fate will send us?
