An immigrant moon cast giant shadows in the black nightShining down with its ghostly glare A giant silvery moon casts its pale light Night's dark shadows can't compareThe moon held me tight in immigrant moonlight A spectral show of shadows and moonbeams Mysteries could easily be spun on this night of nightsLike an invisible lover, fingers of white shimmering moonlight Devoured me with its touch so gentle and held me in its embrace Nothing else exists on this moonlit nightThe night and its mysteries belong to me Moonlight and shadows reach down from the heavens The shimmering moon on its long journey Nothing else matters just the moonbeams, the shadows and meOn our journey through time.
